We offer repairs for the hardware part of the device/board but we can not deal with the software or mechanical parts as they are out of our scope.
The cost of a repair depends on some points
- The complexity of the device/board.
- availability of the replacement parts.
- If the customer provide us with two identical defective devices/boards (even-if they have different problem), it makes it easier to repair it hence reduces the cost of the repair.
Yes, we offer a 30–day warranty on all our repairs to make sure the device/board starts to work normally.
Checking the device/board takes up to 7 days and getting and fixing the replacement part(s) takes up to 3 weeks at maximum.
Steps to fix your device/board problem
Once, you bring the defective device/board, we will receive it and give you a Device Receipt Form.
It could take up to 7 days to find the defective electronic part(s).
We contact you to receive your device/board.
Please note that we do not give our customer the defective electronic part(s) after we repair the device/board.
We get the replacement electronic part(s) from the local market (Rwanda) and fix it in the device within 3 working days. If we could not find locally, we should get it from aboard. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks to get it and fix it in this case.
